John Ryan has been involved in Public Safety since 2002 where he has served as both a Volunteer and Career Firefighter & EMT in the towns of Avon, Canton, Rocky Hill and Torrington. He moved to New Hartford in 2020 and quickly joined the organization to give back to the community. John currently holds several certifications from the State of Connecticut Fire Academy. John was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and has been assigned to Station #1 since 2022.
